Today I have a challenge for you all! 🎉
Who else is missing friends? 🤚🏼 And anyone else get hit with the lately? 🍪 Last week I felt inspired to bake cookies and share them with friends (dropped off while continuing to ). .
I am wanting to do what I can to spread some joy... and deliciousness. Nourishment comes in SO many forms (food like cookies, sure!), but also connection to people and nature and slowing down and tuning in to our bodies, among many other ways. I felt so nourished by baking 3 dozen cookies, biking across town to stealthily drop off cookies and receive smiles and gratitude texts from friends. .
