Project HYPE Project HYPE ( Healthy Youth For Physical Excellence ) Every summer Project HYPE offers a FREE 8-week health and wellness program for boys and girls ages 8-15.

Project HYPE, a program of the Mission Oaks Recreation and Park District, is a year long health and wellness program aimed to combat the growing epidemic of CHILDHOOD OBESITY. Activities include exercise, recreation, nutrition, and fun! Family involvement is also encouraged as there are 5 mandatory family nights that parents have to attend.
