I will do a sleeve for an ipad. I have tat licence n bout to open my own tattoo parlor very soon. Sleeves at $300 full upper torso $1500. Will do payment arrangements with proof of income and payments of $120 a setting. I only work mon- Friday. 7 hours a day. By appt. Or will do tattoos for twenty percent off for unscheduled appt.
