Children can feel anxious in ways that aren’t always obvious. Restlessness, stomachaches, trouble paying attention, or avoiding activities can all be signs that extra support is needed.
Spending one-on-one time, practicing coping strategies like deep breathing, keeping routines, and praising brave behavior can help children manage worries and feel more secure.
