Still meditating on last week’s E2 Pastors & Leaders Conference. 🙌🏾

Grateful for the fellowship, connections, and powerful words of wisdom shared by Pastor Jared Ellis, Pastor Chris Durso, Pastor Travis Greene, and Pastor Dustin Bates.

• Iron sharpens iron.
• Heart posture matters.
• Stay humble, receptive, and obedient.
• Above all, love is essential.

First Lady Tran Ellis shared an encouraging message about women supporting and encouraging one another. One question stayed with me: Who said leaders can’t share, be transparent, and be vulnerable? Who made that rule?

Her message highlighted our need for genuine community, support, and safe spaces to be human.
Additionally, Her testimony reflects the faithfulness of God, and I’m grateful I was there to receive it. ❤️ 🙏🏽

And Pastor DawnChere Wilkerson’s powerful closing message, “The Slow Burn.” 🙌🏾🔥

Looking forward to next year!

“Be not wise in thine own eyes.” Proverbs 3:7

Sometimes what you hear today gets filtered through what hurt you yesterday. 😞

Past pain can cause us to interpret words, actions, and situations through old wounds, believing something is being said when it isn’t.

It’s okay to feel. 🤍
The issue comes when we try to sort through the pain on our own and leave the Manufacturer, Jesus, out of the repairs.

Don’t stay imprisoned by what hurt you.

Release the pain into the care of Jesus. Heal so your past doesn’t keep interpreting your present.

Therapy with Jesus is good! 🙏🏽❤️

Do you have anxiety about what God has already done for you? No.✋🏽

Why? Because you already know how it turned out. He came through. 🙏🏽

So when logic starts questioning how God will provide, remember His track record.

If He did it before, trust Him again. 🤍

You must intentionally cultivate a habit of remembering what your Father has done. Otherwise, what you see will start speaking louder than what you know.

Stand on His track record.
Stand on His faithfulness.
Stand on what you KNOW to be true.

Remember. Believe. Trust. ✨

Hebrews 11:1

What is your attitude when the door looks closed?

Trust God anyway. 🙏🏽

I accepted what I saw, knowing that regardless of the outcome, the Lord would show me another way. The task still needed to be accomplished, but I surrendered how it would happen to Him.

Then God opened the door. ✨

It was a small thing, but Scripture does not say acknowledge Him only in the big things.

“In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.”
Proverbs 3:5-6

ALL your ways. 🤍

Trust Him with the outcome. Trust Him with the process. Let Him direct the path.

Who is helping you listen? 👂🏽

You cannot control how someone understands what you speak. The question is, what are they trusting to filter and interpret what they hear?

And the same question applies to you.

“He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.”
Psalm 147:3 ✝️

Are you listening through the filter of your wounds?
Or are you allowing the Holy Spirit to shape your understanding with truth?

Who is helping you listen?

❤️‍🩹 Your wounds?
🕊️ Or the Holy Spirit?

Choose truth. Choose healing. Choose Jesus. ✝️

🎥🤍 Did I listen?

Sometimes we forget the direction God already gave us. Yet in His love, the Holy Spirit reminds us. ❤️

What instruction do you need to revisit today? 🤔🙏🏽

Will you listen? Will you obey? ✨

“But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you.” John 14:26 (NIV) 🤍

🌧️ Rain is inconvenient. So is growth.

How bad do you want it? 🤔

Will inconvenience stop you? Or will you keep moving? 💪🏽

In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:5 to 6. 🙏🏽

Ask God for the wisdom to know what to do next. Trust His grace when you feel weak.

“My grace is sufficient for you.” 2 Corinthians 12:9. ✨

Stop trying to do it alone.

Jesus is waiting. 🤍

✨ Need vs. Want ✨

💭 Our wants can blind us to our needs.

Sometimes we’re so focused on getting what we want that we miss what God is trying to provide. What we want isn’t always what we need, and what we need isn’t always what we want. 🙏

💙 Don’t allow someone else’s choices to determine your value. Their decisions are simply an expression of their freedom to choose, not a reflection of your worth.

👑 Never forget who you are. You are a dearly loved son or daughter of the Most High God. Your identity is secure in Christ, not in someone else’s acceptance, rejection, or decisions.

✨ God sees what we cannot. He knows what will strengthen us, grow us, and draw us closer to Him.

🤲 Choose to seek what God knows you need over what your flesh wants. Trust His heart. Trust His timing. Trust His purpose.

❓Are you allowing someone else’s choices to shape your identity, or are you choosing to believe what God says about you? ❤️

07/16/2026

✨ Walk it out daily with God.

You will not always know where the next step leads. You will not always see the whole path. Keep trusting Him anyway.

Isn’t that the essence of faith?

“Faith shows the reality of what we hope for. It is the evidence of things we cannot see.” Hebrews 11:1 (NLT)

One step. One prayer. One day at a time. God is faithful. 🤍🙏🏽🌿
