First time in Puglia, and the food did NOT disappoint 🇮🇹

Farm-to-table at its finest—simple, wholesome ingredients loaded with flavor. Homemade orecchiette with cime di rapa, creamy burrata, fresh tomatoes, seafood, grilled vegetables, friselle, and plenty of that incredible Puglian olive oil 🫒🍅🍝

**One of my favorites: fave e cicoria—a creamy fava bean purée paired with chicory greens and of course, a generous drizzle of EVOO 😋

Simple ingredients. Big flavor. Mediterranean goodness. ENJOY 💚🤍♥️
