Vibrant Health by Claudia LLC

Vibrant Health by Claudia LLC As a Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach I help my clients to ACTUALLY live their best lives Soon I watched a puzzle come together - piece by piece.

Studying at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition to become an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach has been an amazing experience. I had no intention of starting a business when I first signed up for the program. I just wanted to learn more about health, wellness and nutrition to help myself and my family feel better. IIN (the Institute for Integrative Nutrition) not only teaches about nutrition (

which they call secondary food) but about also primary foods. (Relationships, Spirituality, Career, Physical Activity). We need a balance of it all to be well and guess what: What works for me might not work for you. IIN calls this bio individuality! Genius - that’s why what works for my friend is not working for me AND it’s ok that way. I felt so empowered, free and energized. Life is a journey and we all learn every day. I’m passionate to share what I learn and help my clients and the people in my life to re discover what THEY need to feel energized, empowered and healthy. After my Health Coach Training Program I signed up for other courses like: Advanced Coaching, Hormone Health and Gut Health and my business, Vibrant Health by Claudia, was born. I would like to use this platform to share what I learn in my courses as well as some of my personal journey which includes things like living a more meaningful life, simplifying my life, finding new routines, and of course I keep learning about the quality of our food and what to look out for. I work with my clients during a six month time period where we meet in person twice a month. We set personalized goals for a one, three and six month time period built around their own well being. (gut healing, weight loss, feeling energized etc.) Diets don’t work, but finding a lifestyle that suits us and that grows with us and getting a better understanding what we truly need - that works. I’m so excited to be part of your journey. I’m wishing for VIBRANT HEALTH for everybody! In good Health,

Claudia

We were the last ones to sit down at dinner, and my husband got quiet almost right away.

It took me a few minutes to realize why. He'd been seated with his back to the door. As a former Army Ranger he was just not comfortable not being able to see what is going on around him. Once we switched seats, he relaxed and came back to himself.

It got me thinking about why relaxing isn't as simple as we assume. For a lot of us, slowing down feels uncomfortable. That doesn't mean anything is wrong with us. It’s just that our nervous system learned to keep us safe and hasn't gotten the memo that it can stand down.

If relaxing has ever felt harder for you than it seems to for everyone else, there is a reason. I wrote about it here: https://open.substack.com/pub/thrivebeyond50/p/why-cant-i-relax-its-not-a-character?r=5rka73&utm_campaign=post&utm_medium=web&showWelcomeOnShare=true

If your metabolism in your 50s doesn't behave like it used to, you're not imagining it. And your body isn't broken. 🤍

At 56, I've learned that the old formula of eating less and pushing harder just doesn't work anymore. What actually helps is focusing on muscle, steady fuel, and real rest.

Small shifts. Big difference. And a whole new way of feeling like yourself again.

I share what's worked for me in my latest post.

"Digital detox" tends to stir up a little dread. Restriction. Deprivation. A fix we will abandon by Thursday. 📵

But what if stepping back from screens didn't feel like punishment? What if it felt like relief?

I have been learning to soften my own relationship with screens, not by forcing rules, but by noticing what I actually miss when I am always plugged in. Deeper sleep. More focus. More presence with the people I love.

In my latest Substack post, I share the gentle, guilt-free way I am learning to reset.

It started with one small question: should I have a glass of champagne tonight? 🥂

And then it spiraled. Weekends only? What about my birthday? Just one? Maybe two?

It wasn't about the champagne. It was about the loop. That endless background debate that quietly drains your energy without you even noticing.

Here is what I learned: it isn't the decision that exhausts us. It's the indecision. Every unmade choice is like a browser tab left open, pulling energy away from the present moment.

I finally closed one loop I'd been stuck in for years. In my latest post, I share how, plus 5 ways to close the loop on whatever is quietly draining you.

Traffic is frustrating. I am not going to pretend otherwise.

But here is what surprised me: when the drive is over, the stress doesn't just disappear. Your nervous system holds onto it. Which means you can arrive at your destination still carrying the whole commute with you.

I started doing things differently. Three techniques, real research behind them, and you can do all of them without taking your eyes off the road.

When most people hear "creatine," they picture bodybuilders and protein shakes. But the research tells a different story.

It's a naturally occurring compound your body already produces and needs. And the people who stand to benefit most aren't elite athletes. They're women in midlife, adults over 50, people with ADHD, and anyone dealing with chronic stress.

If you're a woman navigating midlife health, I think you'll find it eye-opening.

How is it that kitchen counters become everyone’s drop zone?

The mail lands there.

The keys land there.

Someone’s sweatshirt lands there.

A random charger appears out of nowhere.

(In our defense - we were in the middle of getting ready for a trip - but still.)

A couple of weeks ago, I came home with groceries and couldn’t even put the bags down.

It literally took my breath away.

Clutter has a way of making everything feel heavier in an instant.

And before you know it the food choices feel harder.

The healthy routines feels harder.

Even the simple next step feels impossible to see.

And in midlife, when we are already carrying so much mentally and emotionally, the physical clutter around us can become an instant source of stress or even anxiety.

I don’t think we always realize how much our environment affects our energy, mental health, and decision making ability.

Sometimes clearing enough space is the best first step to find our footing again and making room for a deep inhale.

Anyone else feel like clutter makes it hard to focus or even breathe?

Menopause isn't just hot flashes. And it definitely isn't "all downhill from here."

There are so many myths around this phase of life, and they can make something completely natural feel extremely overwhelming.

The truth? With the right information and support, this chapter can actually be one of the most empowering ones yet.

I'm debunking the biggest menopause myths in my latest Substack post. Go give it a read.
