Meet Mattie, one of Flourish's operations managers! ⭐️
Mattie is currently attending Capella University and pursuing her master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with a projected graduation date of May 2027! She is currently a Student Analyst here at Flourish as well, and on Tier 2 of Flourish's practicum program. Mattie has been with Flourish since April 2025 and since then she has earned her RBT certification as well. We asked Mattie what she has learned since starting work in the field of ABA and she said, "I've learned that growth looks different for everyone and it should be celebrated just the same, with a lot of excitement."

It is with a lot of excitement that we can say we have seen a lot of growth with Mattie since starting at Flourish. She started as a behavior technician, earned her RBT, started practicum, got promoted to Senior Behavior Technician, and is now flourishing in her role as operations manager. Mattie is phenomenal and we are so glad she is helping lead the team at Flourish! 🤩
