We're excited to share our new fall hours starting on September 22nd, the first day of fall!

We'll begin opening later during the week and now the full weekend as well!

New Hours (Starting September 22nd):
Monday: Closed
Tuesday: Closed
Wednesday: 11:00 - 8:00
Thursday: 11:00 - 8:00
Friday: 11:00 - 8:00
Saturday: 9:00 - 6:00
Sunday: 9:00 - 6:00 (by appointment only)

Tuesday is yoga dayyyyy!!!

💓Doors open at 6:15 for community space.
💓Come in grab a cup of tea, journal, meditate, or catch up with a friend. If you wanna journal but aren't sure what to journal about, there are journaling prompts provided in the shadow work cards we use for class, please feel free to choose one of those!

💓Class starts at approx 7:00pm

💓 THIS IS A DONATION BASED CLASS
All donations go to McDowell Healing Arts Center food pantry.

💓 If you have any questions regarding this class or yoga in general, please do not hesitate to reach out via texting the number on the flier.

New Openings Available at The Healing Room!

We now have two spaces available for daily rental!

Our large back room is perfect for birthday parties, meetings, classes, workshops, group activities, celebrations, small events, and more!

We also have a private office space that’s great for professional massage, stretch therapy, bodywork, wellness appointments, consultations, or anyone looking for a quiet professional space for the day.
