Guided Breathwork Class with Mike Wenzel

Thursday, June 4 @ 6:30pm – 8:00 pm

Guided Breathwork with Mike is a fully guided, body-centered breathing experience designed to support relaxation, emotional release, and nervous system regulation. You’ll be gently led through simple breathing techniques and mindful awareness, with clear cues and options offered throughout the session. No prior experience is needed—this practice meets you exactly where you are. Whether you’re brand new to breathwork or have an established practice, you’re invited to move at your own pace and listen to what your body needs in the moment.

Michael Wenzel owner and founder of Deep Roots Wellness LLC is an addiction peer recovery mentor, a 100-hour certified meditation teacher, certified peer mindfulness mentor, and certified breathwork facilitator, currently expanding his training through a 300-hour meditation teacher program. In recovery since March 2016, he is known throughout his community for helping others one person at a time with compassion, presence, and lived experience.

A devoted father of four and partner to an amazing woman, Michael brings mindfulness into every part of his life—from serving on the school board to coaching multiple youth sports teams as a mindful, engaged parent.
