At RevitalizeMe, Shannon is the head of hyperbaric oxygen therapy safety. Every morning our center and equipment is fully checked before the start of each day as well as before each session. She meets with every patient before they start therapy to discuss all of the safety protocols, procedures, risk and benefits of therapy. Every patient is screened before every session. Meet Tara Stephan, DNP, FNP-C.

Tara leads our wound care team and is certified in hyperbaric medicine and board certified as a Wound Specialist (CWS) through the American Board of Wound Management.

She spends time with every patient. She looks at the whole picture, not just the wound. Nutrition, circulation, offloading, infection, and whether hyperbaric oxygen therapy fits your case.

Chronic wounds are complicated. Having someone who knows how to work through them makes a difference.

When you get a referral, you have the choice of which clinical center you want to go to. Just because you’re referred to a hospital based wound care center does not mean it’s required for you to go there. Give our center a call and let us help you on your healing journey.
