You guys, I did something like, really cool 😎

✨ I have officially completed Usui Reiki II training, and will now be offering Reiki Energy Healing services at my practice!

Reiki is an energy healing practice that utilizes universal energy to support your body’s natural ability to heal by bringing balance between your physical, emotional, and energetic health. Reiki promotes deep relaxation, stress and anxiety relief, as well as nervous system regulation. Pretty cool, right?!

Why Reiki? Because healing goes deeper than talk therapy alone. By adding Reiki as a complementary practice, we bridge the gap between mind, body, and spirit to promote deep inner healing. 🌱

To kick off this exciting new journey, I will be hosting a Reiki Healing Pop-Up Event at Mo Coco’s Coffee on Saturday, July 18. Link 🔗 below and in bio to sign up!

I spent the past week attending the first annual Revolutionary Practice Summit in Palm Springs, CA learning so many fun new things! From reiki, to sound healing, energy practices, and more, all to support deep inner healing. I’m so excited to get back into session and share them with you ✨🧘‍♀️
