Another incredible group of community members is now Youth Mental Health First Aid certified! đź’š

Today’s training added another cohort of caring adults who are better prepared to recognize when a young person may be struggling, respond supportively, and help connect them to appropriate care and resources.

We are deeply grateful to everyone who attended and invested their time into this important work, as well as to the organizations and employers who supported their participation and continue prioritizing youth mental health in our communities.

A special thank you to the Midland Area Youth Action Council for their generous support that made this training possible. Together, we are building a stronger, more informed, and more compassionate region for our youth.

This Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country.

As we gather with family and friends this weekend, we reflect with gratitude on the courage, dedication, and sacrifice of those who gave their lives for the freedoms we enjoy today.

We also recognize that holidays like Memorial Day can bring up grief, remembrance, and difficult emotions for many individuals and families. May we continue to care for and support one another with compassion and connection.

Wishing you a safe and meaningful Memorial Day. 🇺🇸
