Amazing! Hilary is a wonderful inclusive personal trainer who is body neutral. I love that she took this extra step to become trauma informed as well.

I’m beyond proud to have officially earned my Trauma-Informed Personal Trainer certification through Hope Ignited. This is hands down the most fulfilling and aligned course and certification I have invested in. **To be completely honest, being properly trauma informed should be required of anyone who works with humans in a helping capacity. If you work with people, you work with trauma.

As many of you know, my mission at TGCF has always been to create a space for all humans to feel supported, strong, empowered, and brave. This space is meant to be especially inclusive of folks who have complicated relationships with movement or their bodies, or who haven’t felt that the “fitness” world is for them 🫶🏻

To fully embody this mission, it is important for me to continue expanding my knowledge and understanding of the human experience so I can best serve the people who trust me with their movement ✨

I’m excited to take time to reflect on everything I have learned and figure out how I’d like to implement into Take Good Care Fitness.
