This isn't about erasing your past or pretending the hard seasons didn't happen. It is about recognizing that the survival strategies, self-doubt, and safe compromises that got you here are not the tools that will take you there. You cannot build a new reality while keeping one foot anchored in the familiar comfort of what broke you.
