I’ve always found it interesting that July’s Full Moon carries two names and two powerful invitations.

The Thunder Moon reminds us that storms clear the atmosphere. They release pressure, move stagnant energy, and make room for something new to emerge.

The Buck Moon is named for the time of year when bucks begin growing new antlers. Because antlers are shed and regrown, this moon has become a beautiful symbol of renewal, growth, and becoming more of who we are meant to be.

I don’t think it’s a coincidence that these two energies arrive together.

Because before we can grow, sometimes we have to release.

Before we can become, sometimes we have to let go.

This is the intention behind my first LIVE Virtual Community Signature Sound Bath.

This is not just a sound bath. It is a multimodal healing experience where I weave together crystal singing bowls, breathwork, meditation, somatic relaxation, energy healing, and intention setting to support the mind, body, and spirit.

What if rest isn’t something you earn? I look and feel somber because I cried as I felt the weight of the world on our shoulders and how we need rest especially now more than ever.

Many of us were taught that rest comes after the work is finished. After the to-do list is complete. After everyone else’s needs are met.

But what if rest isn’t a reward for exhaustion?

What if rest is a need?

This week’s Weekly Energy Boost is a reminder that slowing down is productive. Pausing is productive. Breathing is productive.

Rest isn’t laziness. Rest is restoration.
