Most people don't think about their beta cells until there's a problem.

But these specialized cells in the pancreas play a critical role in producing insulin and helping regulate blood sugar.

The challenge? Changes in beta-cell health can occur long before traditional signs of diabetes appear.

In this video, our Chief Scientific Officer, Clifford Morris, explains why beta cells matter and how advances in diagnostics are helping us better understand metabolic health and diabetes risk.

At Kihealth, we're focused on bringing earlier insight to the people who need it most.

🚨 Big News from Kihealth 🚨

We’re proud to announce the launch of Beta Intercept™, the latest advancement in our Intercept™ platform designed to provide real-time insight into active beta-cell injury.

For decades, diabetes monitoring has largely focused on measuring the downstream effects of disease. Beta Intercept™ takes a different approach—helping detect active beta-cell injury earlier and more dynamically through advanced cell-free DNA (cfDNA) technology.

🔬 Key validation highlights:
✅ 100% Sensitivity*
✅ 93.8% Specificity*
✅ 0.979 ROC AUC
✅ >0.999 Average R²
✅ 4.08 copies/µL Limit of Detection

By measuring biological activity closer to the source, Beta Intercept™ has the potential to support:
• Earlier disease detection
• Risk stratification
• Therapeutic monitoring
• Clinical trial enrollment
• Evaluation of disease-modifying therapies

This launch represents another step forward in our mission to transform healthcare from reactive to proactive through precision diagnostics and earlier disease interception.

June is a great time to stop guessing and start paying attention.

Your body gives signals every day:

💚 Energy levels
💚 Sleep quality
💚 Mood changes
💚 Digestion
💚 Stress responses

The question isn't whether your body is communicating.

The question is whether we're listening.

💬 What's one thing your body has been trying to tell you lately?

What did the Kihealth team learn this month? 👇

💡 Health isn't guessing. It's understanding.

One of the biggest lessons we continue to see is that better insights lead to better outcomes.

When you understand what's happening inside your body, you're empowered to make informed decisions, take action sooner, and stay ahead of potential health concerns.

In May, we've spent our time learning, listening, educating, and helping people move from uncertainty to understanding.

A few reminders we're taking into next month:
✅ Health isn't guessing—it's understanding
✅ Awareness is the first step toward action
✅ Better insights lead to better outcomes
✅ Prevention starts before symptoms appear

Thank you for following along with us and being part of the conversation.

What's one thing you learned this month? ⬇️

"We'll start next week."

Sound familiar?

Whether it's eating better, moving more, sleeping longer, or finally getting answers about your health, most of us spend more time planning than starting.

This June, trade guessing for understanding.
Because better health begins with better insights. 💚

POV: Rob trying to identify female products might be the funniest thing we’ve filmed 😂

Some answers were confident.
Some were… very incorrect.

Safe to say there’s a reason he works in healthcare diagnostics and not the beauty aisle. 👀
