Letting go is often one of the most powerful steps in the healing process 🌿

It doesn’t mean forgetting or minimizing what we’ve been through—it means releasing the emotional grip that keeps the body and mind stuck in the past. When we hold on tightly to old pain, resentment, or fear, the nervous system can remain in a state of tension, making it harder for true restoration to take place.

Healing begins to unfold when we create space—space to breathe, to feel, and to soften. In that space, the body can shift out of survival mode and into repair, balance, and renewal.
