A great day with these guys today on the S*T (Bean and Bear Lake). 1100ft gain, 7.8 miles, and great views! One more prep hike before we take on Colorado for the SUMMIT PROJECT.🏔️

Champion Camp + HPC Foundations are BACK this summer 👊

If you’ve got a kid ready to build strength, confidence, and actually learn how to train the right way… here you go!

HPC Foundations (Ages 11–13)
This is where it all starts. We focus on learning movement first. Bodyweight, control, and building a solid base so they feel comfortable and confident in the gym environment.

Champion Camp (Ages 14–18)
For those ready to level up. We dial in technique on the main lifts, build real strength, and introduce structured training + conditioning in a way that actually makes sense.

Days + Times
Monday & Wednesday
11:00–11:50am → Champion Camp
12:00–12:50pm → Foundations

Program Dates:
June 1 – August 12

What they’ll get
– Proper lifting technique (this is huge)
– Structured strength + conditioning
– Confidence in the gym
– A supportive, fun environment
– Progress they can actually feel and see

Pricing:
$360 for one child
$330 per child for multiple from the same household

Spots are limited so we can keep things intentional and coached well.

Shoutout to Karli Breuchel (for those of you at HPC, Kev Breuchel’s daughter). Karli was a past client who was back visiting Minnesota this week. It was so good getting to catch up and hear about this next chapter of her life stepping into Law Enforcement in Sioux Falls.

Before heading out this morning, she jumped into the 9am workout and handed me one of her patches. Grateful to have shared a moment that reflects the work she’s put in and everything this next chapter stands for.

Karli, we’re proud of you and the path you’re on. We know that kind of work takes discipline, resilience, and heart—all things you’ve shown since I met you. No matter where you go, you’ve got a whole crew back here in MN rooting for you. Keep showing up and doing your thing!

SUMMER STUDENT MEMBERSHIP ☀️

For the months of June–August, HPC is offering a special student rate for group training.

$80/month for any current high school or college student.

I was going to let this go, but after this morning’s 6am surprise I had to say something. These two jolly son of a guns, DC and Shane, took it upon themselves to roll out a brand new “Athletes of the Month” award, fully complete with a framed photo and everything (which honestly I have to respect the preparation and confidence). 👏🏻

While I CAN confirm they show up consistently (I’ll give you that one), I’m still not exactly sure how they landed on themselves as the winners. But, in the spirit of fun and a little friendly competition I’ll allow it under the category of “Self-Appointed Athletes of the Month,” where they are currently UNDEFEATED. Way to go boys!

Just a quick heads up that this title doesn’t come with lighter weights or fewer reps, but it does come with a little extra spotlight now, so I’ll see you both tomorrow at 6am 😉

We hope anyone reading this enjoys the friendly April fools banter.
