One of our amazing therapists will be hosting a Creative Coping Skills Group this summer for girls ages 11–15 in Inverness. It starts next Friday, June 5th and runs for 8 weeks. Girls from surrounding areas including Homosassa, Crystal River, Floral City, Beverly Hills, and Lecanto are welcome. This group is designed to support adolescents struggling with anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, self-esteem, or self-harming behaviors.
