A little prevention can go a long way in keeping you and your family safe while enjoying the sunshine.
🌞 Sunburn Safety Tips:
• Apply broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30+) and reapply every 2 hours.
• Wear hats, sunglasses, and protective clothing.
• Seek shade during peak sun hours (10 AM–4 PM).
• Cool and moisturize sunburned skin promptly.
💦 Stay Hydrated:
• Drink water regularly throughout the day.
• Replenish electrolytes after heavy sweating.
• Watch for signs of dehydration, including dizziness, headache, dry mouth, fatigue, and dark urine.
• Take breaks and listen to your body’s signals.
