I’m deeply passionate about hormones and helping women feel better from the inside out… but aesthetics is another area of medicine I truly love. ✨
And I think it’s because so many women silently struggle with the disconnect between how they FEEL inside and what they see in the mirror.
Most of us still feel young, vibrant, and full of life… then one day we notice volume loss, skin changes, deeper lines, or tiredness showing up in ways we weren’t expecting.
I hear women say “I look angry but I’m not, or I don’t want to look so tired”
Wanting to feel confident in your appearance does NOT make you vain. 👏
When done naturally and conservatively, Botox and filler are not about looking fake or “overdone.” They’re about softening, restoring, refreshing, and enhancing the beauty that is already there.

For YEARS women’s testosterone was mostly talked about as a “libido hormone.”
But a new 2026 study on 332 women receiving individualized testosterone therapy found improvements in MUCH more than s*x drive. 👀
Women reported improvements in:
✨ Energy and fatigue
✨ Mood and irritability
✨ Depression symptoms
✨ Motivation and enjoyment of life
✨ Focus and concentration
✨ Sexual interest
✨ Overall quality of life
One of the MOST interesting findings?
Women actually ranked ENERGY and mood improvements ABOVE libido as the biggest benefits. 👏
This matters because testosterone is actually the most abundant biologically active s*x hormone in women — yet it’s often overlooked or misunderstood.
Hormones affect so much more than reproduction. They impact how we THINK, FEEL, FUNCTION, recover, and show up in daily life.
The future of women’s hormone health needs to be more nuanced, individualized, and evidence based.
Study published in the Journal of Personalized Medicine, 2026.

ESTRADIOL: the hormone that makes many women say…
“I just don’t feel like myself anymore.” 👀
During the reproductive years, women naturally produce about 70–500 mcg of estradiol daily depending on where they are in their cycle.
And here’s the important part:
✨ About 95% comes from the ovaries
✨ Less than 5% comes from tissues like fat, brain, bone, and skin
But after menopause? Everything changes.
The ovaries dramatically slow production, and the body is left relying on peripheral tissues and adrenal glands to make estradiol… producing only about 4–6 mcg per day. 😳
That drop can impact:
• Mood
• Sleep
• Brain function
• Skin and collagen
• Metabolism
• Bone health
• Joint comfort
• Motivation and drive
This is why so many women suddenly feel “off” in perimenopause and menopause — even when they’re doing everything right.
Your hormones affect WAY more than just hot flashes. 👏

Wait… did you know testosterone is actually the MOST abundant hormone in women during the reproductive years?
Not estrogen. Testosterone.
Women produce about 3–4x more testosterone than estrogen naturally.
Here’s where it comes from:
-25% from the ovaries
-25% from the adrenal glands
-50% from tissues like skin, muscle, fat, and liver that convert precursor hormones into active testosterone
Women make about 300 mcg daily… BUT here’s the catch:
Most testosterone is bound to proteins like SHBG, meaning only about 1% is actually “free” and biologically active.
And that tiny percentage can influence:
• Energy
• Motivation
• Confidence
• Muscle mass
• Libido
• Mood
• Mental clarity
This is why “normal” hormone labs don’t always tell the full story. 👏
Did this surprise you? Comment yes or no if you already knew this or not.

Seriously though, don’t stress! Move your body more, eat whole foods, drink water (ESPECIALLY in St. George). It’s all about consistency and small wins

Thanks to all the mothers out there🥰 your work doesn’t go unnoticed

The mental load of being a mom is… a lot.
It’s not just what you do.
It’s everything you’re thinking about all day long.
And when you add in:
Low energy
Poor sleep
Mood changes
Feeling overwhelmed
…it hits even harder.
A lot of women think they just need to “handle it better.”
But sometimes . . . it’s not just stress.
Sometimes your body is asking for support.

You might need va**nal estrogen… and not even realize it.
A lot of women are told these symptoms are just part of aging—or something you just “deal with.”
But they’re often signs of low estrogen at the tissue level 👇
Recurrent UTIs 🚫
Vaginal dryness or irritation
Pain with intimacy
Urinary urgency or leaking
That “something just feels off” feeling
And the truth is… this is incredibly common.
But common doesn’t mean normal—and it definitely doesn’t mean you have to live with it.
There are real, effective solutions that most women are never told about ✨
👉 Which of these have you experienced (even occasionally)? I want to know.

Wait… you might be using your va**nal estrogen wrong.
Most prescriptions come with an applicator …. and tell you to place it higher in the va**na.
But here’s what I recently learned from a pelvic floor physical therapist 👇
For many women, the symptoms we’re trying to fix
UTIs, irritation, dryness, discomfort with intimacy…
are coming from the va**nal opening and urethral tissue. This is because the majority of receptors in the v*gina are near the v*ginal opening and no higher inside.
So instead of only using the applicator,
applying a small amount with your finger directly to that inner tissue and around the urethra can make a huge difference.
Massage it into the va**nal opening, and a small amount around the urethra—that’s where a lot of the support is actually needed.
No one talks about this… but they should ✨
👉 Have you ever been told to apply it this way or is this the first time you’re hearing it? Comment below!

Vaginal estrogen is one of the most underused treatments in women’s health… and most women are never told how powerful it actually is.
It’s not just about dryness.
It helps:
Prevent recurrent UTIs
Support bladder control and reduce urgency
Improve pain with intimacy
Restore healthy va**nal tissue
Balance pH and support the microbiome
And here’s what most women don’t know…
This is low-dose, local estrogen, it stays in the tissue and doesn’t significantly raise systemic estrogen levels.
Meaning it’s a completely different conversation than traditional hormone therapy.
If you’ve been dealing with UTIs, discomfort, or bladder changes and feel like you’re just “managing it”… this could be the missing piece. ✨
👉 Which of these symptoms surprised you the most? Drop it in the comments, I want to know what you’ve actually been dealing with.
