True North exists to create spaces for healing, discovery, and transformation—and to help evolve our culture through wellness, community, and art.

Shop Squad Position—What you’ll do:

- Create an exceptional guest experience (welcome → send-off)
- Educate first-time guests + guide people into the right service (Float, Fire & Ice, Massage, etc.)
- Confidently handle bookings, check-ins, and phone/text inquiries
- Support sales + membership conversations in a way that feels aligned (help people choose what they actually need)
- Keep the space dialed: clean, stocked, and flowing
- Work with an awesome team

Who we’re looking for:

- Growth mindset + radical ownership
- Calm, friendly, grounded energy
- On your own journey of healing, self-discovery, and transformation
- You actually want to use and believe in these services (this matters a lot)
- Grow with us: starts part-time, with full-time potential, promotion, and equity opportunities as the role expands

Join us March 16th at 6:00 pm for a hydration fascia rolling class with our beloved massage therapist Alyssa Apostol. Alyssa has years of experience and a depth of knowledge on the trauma stored in the body and the fascial network that holds everything together. Learn techniques to try at home and a deeper awareness of how your body works while having a fun time! Class will be held in our Luminary Lounge and is a free offering to the community (with donations always welcome).

My life changed in January 2018, when I “woke up” in a float tank in Las Vegas. I remembered a deeply authentic side of myself that I had utterly forgotten. Then I quit my job, wandered the world, and started True North Project. 👩‍🚀

That float rocked my world, and lead to a regular float practice and the birth of True North Float a couple of years later. Since then, I’ve logged over 1000 hours in the tank and completely transformed. 🦋

TNF has hosted over 23,000 sessions and served 7000 people. We’ve also participated in the creation of over 100 unique artworks.

It’s been both a difficult and magical ride. So much salty sweat, salty tears, and salt in just about everything else you can imagine! 🧂😂

Shout out to the amazing team and community of seekers who have shown up and supported this soulful project. TNF would just be a dream without you. No matter what comes next, I’ll always be so grateful for the amazing humans who have joined me on this odyssey.

Thank you all so much for 5 years of healing, discovery, and transformation.
