Needing to find a bathroom everywhere you go can be more than just an inconvenience. 🚻 When you’re constantly planning errands, workouts, road trips, or even where you sit based on bathroom access, urinary frequency can start affecting your everyday routine and peace of mind. Paying attention to how often you’re going, what seems to trigger it, and whether you have other symptoms can help you better understand what your bladder may be telling you.

Prostate cancer can be quiet — but care decisions shouldn’t be.

1. Many men have few or no symptoms, which is why conversations about screening matter. Your healthcare provider can help you decide whether PSA testing makes sense based on your age, personal risk, family history, and preferences.

2. Some people are also at higher risk, including those with a family history of prostate cancer or inherited gene changes. Knowing your risk can help guide when to start asking questions and what options to consider.

3. Treatment is not the same for everyone. Some prostate cancers grow slowly and may be monitored closely, while others may need treatment sooner. Options may include active surveillance, radiation, medications, or surgery.

4. The most important step: start the conversation with your healthcare provider.
