Thank you to everyone who joined us earlier this month for our Community Health Fair and grand opening celebration for the second phase of our St. George building.

What started as a pain management practice has grown into a multi-specialty musculoskeletal practice with pain management, rheumatology, neurology, physical therapy, chiropractic care, massage, and a comprehensive lab through Physicians Laboratory Services (Vista Healthcare Lab), all in one building.

Patients also have convenient access to First Choice Imaging, St. George Orthopedic Spine, and Monovo in the same building, helping make coordinated care more accessible for our community.

We are grateful for the support of Southern Utah and excited to continue growing, serving, and helping patients access care close to home.

The ribbon cutting will take place at 10:30 AM.

We’ll also have health screenings, adoptable dogs from PAWS (Providing Animals With Support), free chair massages, raffle prizes, lawn games, building tours, local community resources, and more.

This is a great chance to speak with local providers and organizations, connect with community resources, tour the new space, and enjoy a fun community event.
