Affirmation for the day: I deserve joy in my life.

Sometimes we don’t pay attention to the journey because we are so fixated on the destination. We sacrifice joy along the way to get to where we want to be. We give up happiness because we think that such is the price to pay for getting what we want. But it does not have to be that way. You can CHOOSE to feel good and be happy on the journey because you deserve it. No one wants to look back on their life and regret missing out on more fun, more calm, more JOY.
