High Protein Chicken Burrito Bowl 🌮🥑
A simple, filling meal that’s packed with protein and perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients (Serves 2)
1 lb lean ground chicken or turkey
1 cup cooked jasmine or brown rice
1 cup black beans, drained
1 cup corn
1 avocado, sliced
1 cup shredded lettuce
½ cup pico de gallo or salsa
