Spearmint tea for hormonal skin support
Saffron for mood + focus
Turmeric for inflammation support
Black pepper to help with curcumin absorption
Raw honey for antioxidants + immune support 🍯

The easiest thing you’ll ever make!! BEEF GELATIN SQUARES 🤌🏼 save this for later!

Recipe:
- 1 cup juice (I used mango orange)
- 2 Tbs Beef Gelatin (unflavored)
- 1-2 Tbs Raw Honey (depending on how sweet you want it) I do 2!!

- Add beef gelatin in cold juice & whisk, let sit for 5 mins.
- Heat juice mixture until simmers and stir until dissolved.
- Add honey
- Pour into molds
- Place in fridge overnight or a few hours until firm!

(I doubled the recipe in this video)
(If they end up too firm, switch to 1.5 T gelatin the next time)‼️
