It’s Day 2 in my 30-day organic grape juice cleanse! I joined my friend who has full-body lymph node lock-up (medical jargon ‘lymphatic cancer’) to lend support in cleaning out her lymphatic system.

The lymph system is responsible for:

1) Processing 2 lbs(!) of cellular waste (courtesy of bacteria in the lymph nodes) from Ph 3 to 6 so it doesn’t burn your body tissue as it travels down (hopefully) and out your kidneys

2) Composting dead cells (courtesy of white blood cells called macrophages)

We started yesterday with whole grapes, then moved to juice today for liquid fuel! So far, so great...My energy is improving, my eyes are clearer (did you know eyes are 70% cholesterol?!) and ‘things are moving along.’
