I read this little tidbit this morning and felt I needed to share it with you all

It is always astonishing to me to find out that someone else sees what I have seen, and always humbling to learn that what I thought was my path and my mountain is everyone’s. Feeling stuck or stagnant? This is a game changer! I resisted it at first because its super easy just to reach for your phone and start scrolling first thing but after I did this for a month, I noticed a huge change in how my day went. During this time, I journal and write out at least 5 things I am grateful for. You can keep this simple and just write from your heart ❤️ Process not perfection! As I continue this morning ritual, I have more motivation, organization, productivity, and positivity in each day ✨🌈✨ Give it a try…you will not be disappointed 🥰

I recently saw this clip from the Lion King which I have seen many times in my life but this time it was thought provoking and it made me examine what the message of this part is truly saying.

The scene is titled Remember Who You Are…Do you know who you are at your core? Or have you been confused thinking you knew yourself but now you are not so sure? Here we see Simba questioning himself but then trusting in the process to look harder then what his eyes first see. So much lives inside of each of us…What is truly inside your heart and soul? Is there more of you longing to be brought forth in this world? Simba asks “How can I go back, I am not who I used to be?” We are not meant to be who we used to be, rather we continually evolve into better versions of ourselves. Change is good, not easy but its good. Watching this to the end, we watch him wonder about facing his past but it doesn’t matter…the past is in the past and yes it can hurt but you can either run from it or learn from it. Remember who you are and shine your own light…you are a blessing to us all!
