This month we are having our first ever GROUP MUSIC THERAPY at Harmonia Healing Studio. This multi-session music therapy workshop is being run by a student music therapist from Illinois State University.

If you have a teen who is interested in participating in this songwriting music therapy group workshop, please email student music therapist, Allison Thabit at [email protected]. There are a limited number of spots, so please email her soon to reserve your place in the group.

🎵 Post-yoga class music making to help wrap up Mental Health Awareness Month!

One of the benefits of having instruments in the studio right after an AMAZING yoga class on Sunday night, is having an impromptu solo jam session.
