Yoga class registration is LIVE for September and October! Can you believe it’s already pumpkin spice latte season??? 🍁🎃

We are doing themes again for beginner and vinyasa classes this month! What requests do you have to learn in those classes?? Specific postures you want to master? Or areas of the body you want to focus on? 💬 Tell me in the comments what themes you want to see in the weeknight yoga classes!
