❗️Rural Healthcare Transformation Grant funding is now available for projects serving Andrew and Buchanan counties! Approximately $531,762.78 in discretionary funding is available, but the deadline to apply is October 14, 2026.❗️

Eligible applicants may include health care providers, community organizations, schools, EMS agencies, pharmacies, behavioral health providers, faith organizations, local governments and other community partners.

Projects should support priorities such as behavioral health access, maternal health, diabetes prevention, hypertension prevention or transportation and access to care. Organizations may apply independently or partner with others on a collaborative proposal.

Our Mosaic Medical Center - Maryville team of experts will be at the Downtown Maryville Market (Maryville, MO) tomorrow to help complete paperwork, notarize, and create or scan into an existing medical record on site. You will take the original copy home with you for your personal record.
