❗️Rural Healthcare Transformation Grant funding is now available for projects serving Andrew and Buchanan counties! Approximately $531,762.78 in discretionary funding is available, but the deadline to apply is October 14, 2026.❗️

Eligible applicants may include health care providers, community organizations, schools, EMS agencies, pharmacies, behavioral health providers, faith organizations, local governments and other community partners.

Projects should support priorities such as behavioral health access, maternal health, diabetes prevention, hypertension prevention or transportation and access to care. Organizations may apply independently or partner with others on a collaborative proposal.

Happy Advanced Practice Provider Week! 💜🩺
APPs have been helping expand access to quality healthcare since 1965, when the first Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant programs were established. Since then, APPs have become an essential part of patient care across the country.
We are so thankful for the incredible APPs at Mosaic Life Care Urgent Care. Their knowledge, compassion, teamwork, and dedication make a difference every day for our patients and our caregivers.
