Ready to take your mobility to the next level? Join us for Move for Life: Mobility for Strength & Longevity (Part 2), an interactive workshop designed to build on the foundations from our first mobility class. Whether you attended the first workshop or are new to mobility training, you'll learn practical strategies to move better, feel stronger, and stay active for years to come.

In this hands-on session, we'll explore the connection between mobility, stability, and strength, and why all three are essential for healthy movement and long-term joint health. You'll learn how to identify common movement limitations, improve body awareness through simple movement assessments, and progress from basic mobility exercises to movements that build lasting strength and control.

Throughout the workshop, you'll participate in guided exercises targeting the feet, ankles, hips, spine, shoulders, and neck while learning how these joints work together to improve posture, balance, athletic performance, and everyday function. You'll also leave with a simple mobility routine you can incorporate into your weekly schedule to reduce stiffness, move with greater confidence, and support lifelong health.

Whether your goal is to reduce aches and pains, improve your workouts, prevent injuries, or simply stay active as you age, this workshop will give you practical tools you can start using immediately.

What You'll Learn:
Why mobility alone isn't enough—and how strength and stability help you keep your mobility.
How to identify common movement restrictions and compensations.

Simple movement assessments to better understand your body.
Progressions that improve joint control and functional movement.
A full-body mobility routine you can perform at home in just 10 minutes.

Who Should Attend:
This workshop is perfect for adults of all fitness levels, including beginners, active individuals, athletes, and anyone looking to improve mobility, reduce stiffness, and invest in their long-term health and longevity.
