We are officially moved! The PSJC staff worked extremely hard on the finishing touches all week and we are ready to see patients starting today, June 1. Thank you for being patient with us during the move and renovation. We can't wait for you all to see the new space! Don't forget about our open house July 10 from 3pm-5pm!
We will no longer be seeing patients at the Sheffield location. We are now permanently located at 143 Pleasant Drive Warren PA 16365.

Hi everyone, the Sheffield/ Warren office phone lines are currently shut off while they are moving into the new office. Our team is working to get them back up as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, please reach us in the St. Mary's office.

We’re officially opening our doors to our new office in Pleasant on June 1st!

It’s all coming together to create a welcoming, comfortable, better flowing environment for everyone who walks through our doors.

We’re counting down the days and putting the final touches on everything—stay tuned for more updates as we get closer!

More information will be provided to our current established patients as time gets closer. For any new patient referrals please call the office!
