This month for our Artist Spotlight we’re shining the light on our girl Blu 🖤

Blu is our newest member here at Black Sheep Tattoo but don’t let that fool you, she’s been putting in the work for 7+ years now and it shows. Her style is all over the place in the best way — neo-traditional, realism, geometric… she just gets it. And more importantly, she cares about what she’s doing and who she’s doing it for.

We love having her in the shop. She brings such a solid energy, she stays focused, and she is always leveling up. It’s been really cool watching her grow as an artist this past year.

March 1, 2026 kicks off our very first Artist Spotlight at Black Sheep Tattoo.

This month, we’re featuring Ashley Dahl, also known as . Ashley has been tattooing for a little over 10 years and is one of the owners of Black Sheep Tattoo and Art Collective in St. Paul MN. Her favorite styles include illustrative blackwork and color-infused designs. She’s known for her lady-faces and dark feminine work.
