In “Powering Healing Ecosystems,” Jordan Hansen, co-founder and CEO of YourPath and Dr. Steve Delisi, Chief Medical Officer at YourPath, will explore the structural and philosophical barriers that limit our systems and what it takes to dismantle them.

This session dives into ecosystem solutions that combine the power of peer-led, recovery-oriented services with simple, supportive technologies. Drawing from real-world experience, Jordan and Dr. Delisi will share how they’ve helped build multispecialty teams. Featuring clinical and medical staff but grounded in peer support, that work across a range of settings.
