In the world of concussions, it's fairly rare to complete your treatment journey with only one specialist helping you along the way. Dr. Larkin frequently describes himself as the "quarterback" with concussion patients and he has a whole team of professionals backing him up. From concussion-trained vestibular therapists to mental health professionals to neuro-optometrists...they're all ready to help!

Last week, Dr. Larkin collaborated with Jean Gardiner, who specializes in Biofeedback, Neurofeedback, and Somatic Experience, and presented to the concussion-trained PT's with SSM Health Physical Therapy. Jean gave a live demonstration with her equipment and showed just how important your nervous system is when trying to recover from a concussion.
