We have an abundance of cottage cheese right now! 🤣

For a while there, cottage cheese was nearly impossible to get from our distributors. Well… apparently the cottage cheese drought is OVER, because now we’re overstocked!

Help us eat through it! 😂

Cottage cheese is naturally packed with protein, and we especially love organic, grass-fed options. It’s delicious straight out of the container—but blend it into a creamy queso and things get REALLY good.

Cheesy. Creamy. A little spicy. And thanks to the cottage cheese, it turns an ordinary queso into a protein-packed dip you can feel good about eating.

🌶️ Nutrition Stop Cottage Cheese Queso

• 16 oz cottage cheese
• 6–8 oz Jalapeño Creamy Jack cheese, shredded
• 3--4 Tbsp Hatch green chiles
• 1–2 Tbsp Riega Organic Taco Seasoning
• Splash of milk or water as needed

Mix it your way! Warm everything together gently on the stovetop until creamy and combined, or toss all the ingredients into a N inja, M agic B ullet, or food processor and whip until smooth and creamy. Add a splash of milk or water if needed to get that perfect queso consistency.

Grab some cottage cheese while we’ve got PLENTY. 🤣
