It's important to understand your Individual Family Support Plan (IFSP) while in our program. Your Service Coordinator can answer any questions you may have about it. You can also connect with our Family Resource Specialist; Paula Burns who has firsthand knowledge and lived experience going through Early Steps with her son. You can find their contact information on the front page of your IFSP.

Transition Tuesday! When a child turns 3 years old, they are no longer eligible for our Early Steps program. Our Family Resource Specialist hosts a quarterly meeting to share information and help to prepare families for transition.
