IMA Fellow Dr. Kimberly Biss Reveals What Happened to Miscarriage Rates in Her Medical Practice During COVID

FULL STATEMENT: (Washington, DC) – In a newly released video, Independent Medical Alliance Senior Fellow, Dr. Kimberly Biss, explains the observations and data on miscarriages that she saw in her practice during the COVID era. This comes as the release of Dr. Fauci’s text messages reveal that he and others had concerns about the mRNA shot causing failed pregnancies, yet publicly maintaining there was zero concern.

“I can tell you first hand, I’d never seen numbers like that in all my years of practice, which began in 1998. And it’s horrifying,” said Dr. Kimberly Biss, a respected obstetrician-gynecologist. “I don’t understand why so many in the mainstream press are refusing to acknowledge this, as if they’re rooting for the vaccine and against women.”

In the video, Dr. Biss estimated that some 60% of her patients had taken the COVID shot, and that miscarriage rates, which had averaged about 4% in 2020, doubled to 8% in 2021, and reached 15–16% in 2022.

Dr. Biss points out that there were ample warning signs including:

• Pfizer’s trial enrolled no pregnant women, but 144 participants became pregnant anyway and 17 of them miscarried, roughly double the 5% to 6% first-trimester baseline.
• Pfizer’s post-marketing report listed 270 pregnant patients and followed up on 32. Twenty-six of those lost their babies.
• The New England Journal of Medicine paper that became the reassurance everyone cited built its 12.6% rate on a group in which roughly 700 of 827 women were vaccinated too late in pregnancy to register a first-trimester loss at all.
• ACOG launched its campaign aimed at pregnant women in April 2021, and a FOIA request by attorney Maggie Thorp later established that it received $11 million routed through a trust funded with HHS money.

“It’s absolutely criminal that our medical system would prescribe a brand new, untested and unproven drug to pregnant women, arguably the most vulnerable population in medicine,” continued Dr. Biss. “We never gave anything brand new out of the gate to our pregnant patients. Before Covid, that would have been considered malpractice.”

🚨 Newly released documents expose what the inventor of mRNA technology privately told Fauci and what the public was never told.

In February 2021, as COVID vaccines were being rolled out worldwide and pregnant women were increasingly encouraged to get the shots, Nobel laureate Drew Weissman, co-inventor of the mRNA technology, emailed Anthony Fauci with urgent findings from his own lab.

Those findings revealed that mRNA lipid nanoparticles injected into pregnant mice crossed the placenta and entered the fetus.

There they produced viral proteins and triggered an immune response in the amniotic fluid.

In non-pregnant mice, the particles accumulated in the uterus and ovaries.

Weissman flagged the data to Fauci, the FDA, Moderna, BioNTech/Pfizer, and DARPA.

He indicated that he still had “some concern” even after completing follow-up intramuscular studies at more clinically relevant doses.

This prompted Fauci to forward the confidential report to senior NIH vaccine leaders with the simple note: “Let us discuss.”

What happened next is damning.

Senior NIH officials dismissed the findings almost immediately.

One stated she had “no comments or concerns.”

Another questioned what Weissman was “trying to accomplish.”

All the while, public messaging continued to reassure people that the vaccine material largely stayed in the arm.

Fauci himself was privately alarmed, though less by the science than by the optics of Weissman preparing a press conference.

In his diary he wrote that while the FDA and manufacturers considered the findings “invalid,” “we cannot blow them off for obvious reasons” because “the fact that they are holding a press conference is going to create a huge mess.”

He expressed hope for studies “to counter this finding” after the White House COVID coordinator called him that same evening.

The paper trail then goes cold.

No public peer-reviewed paper detailing those specific follow-up results has surfaced.

Yet by 2025 Weissman was publicly declaring it “absolutely impossible” for the RNA or LNPs to persist or spread significantly beyond the injection site and draining lymph node.

This stood in stark contrast to the private concerns he had raised in 2021.

These documents, released by Sen. Rand Paul, raise serious questions about transparency and scientific integrity.

They suggest that critical safety signals about biodistribution, especially regarding pregnancy and reproductive organs, were downplayed behind closed doors while the public received a different story.

The inventor himself raised the red flag, yet senior officials waved it away and left the public in the dark.

What else did they know that the public still has not been told?
