All exercise programs are designed to increase function and improve your performance. Our standard 9-point fitness assessment covers a variety of categories (i.e. stability, strength, flexibility, mobility, endurance, core control, etc). Our trainers are highly trained in locating imbalances and weaknesses simply by observation of posture and general functional movements. We have a desire to help
all those are seeking improvement of their bodies whether they have a had a chronic problem, previous injury, or are struggling with a physical limitation on a daily basis. Though we do not do ANY condition specific programs or address pain specifically, our trainers have been exposed to working with a magnitude of general injuries and various pathologies. Therefore, our trainers have an understanding of these injuries and physical ailments that can affect performance, so anyone can train with us as long as they are cleared to exercise by their primary care physician. We do NOT do any rehabilitative services to specific injuries and/or surgeries. Our assessment process is based off functional movement screenings (i.e. walking, squatting, push up, plank, observation of posture, lifting arms above head, etc.). All programs are based solely on foundational functional training towards individual weaknesses and imbalances found with each client during both initial assessment and reassessments.
