🌲 Sunday Soul Bath 🌲

We are so excited to share this with you! 😍

Come spend your Sunday night with us. This is a beautiful way to end the week or get ready for the week ahead ✨
There will be a guided meditation that will lead in to a saxophone (and other instruments) sound bath 🥰
After this hour there will be Nordic Wellness with saunas and cold plunges! 🌲 and of course a like-minded community to Hygge and enjoy your Sunday with!

When:

Sunday September 9th
From 5:30-7:30 (come 10 mins before to register and settling in🥰)

What to bring:

• Yoga mat and/or blankets. And whatever makes you comfy.
• Swimwear and a towel (we also do provide towels)
• Water bottle
• Good vibes

Prices:

$40 for Sound Bath and Nordic Wellness after hours
$25 for Nordic Spa Klub members

Our Traditional Nordic Sauna delivers 190 degrees of dry heat. Built like it would be in Scandinavia - it is insulated with sheep wool and our imported Finnish sauna heater has over 200lbs of rock allowing our guests to elevate their experience by producing bursts of high heat steam at their leisure. 🔥

Imagine starting your Saturday morning at the Klub with a mat Pilates class by Sol Pilates, then afterwards you’ll immerse yourself into Nordic Wellness 🥰

Class start at 8.30, and just remember to bring your mat or what you prefer. Afterwards you can use the traditional sauna, infrared saunas, cold plunges and red light therapy, hang out in the lounge areas and just enjoy yourself! 🥰 Stay as long as you want too. Come alone or bring a friend.
