Two or three things I know for sure and one is this...

There’s no wrong way to eat a mango.

Life is rich and each moment brings us an opportunity to savor its juice, to drench ourselves in its fullness.

If you’ve been looking for your purpose, this is it.

Whether you are matriarch of your family of 4 or a civil rights attorney or cashier at the corner shop matters not. Life isn’t judging your sexual preferences like they taught us in church. That you embrace the moment and live it with gusto... that’s what’s up.

When we follow the guru within to not only accept but *gratefully participate* with Life as it comes, it comes and comes and comes.

Life is abundantly flowing, but sometimes we get too caught up in what we don’t have, in trying to control a situation, hang onto an expired dream, that we blind ourselves to the ways the blessings want to pour through.

When it doesn’t seem to be working “out there” bring it home to yourself. Remember the Truth. You are one with all of Life and Life is conspiring for the Highest Good.

We can actually trust the Innate Intelligence that gives rise to Life to guide us.

This is a favorite prayer of mine:

✨Great Spirit,
Where will you have me go? What will you have me do? Who will you have me meet? What will you have me say?✨

And if you still don’t know, come back to the breath.

That’s one other thing I know for sure: The breath is everything.

Let it take you deeper.
