BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICIES
Please review the following policies before booking your appointment. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
LATE POLICY
* A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
* Arriving 10 minutes late will result in a $10 late fee.
* Arriving 15 minutes or more late will result in your appointment being automatically canceled.
* If your appointment is canceled due to being 15+ minutes late, your deposit will not be refunded, and you may be charged the full amount of the originally scheduled service.
DEPOSIT POLICY
* All deposits for tattoo and makeup services are strictly non-refundable.
* Deposits cannot be transferred or refunded due to cancellation, rescheduling, lateness, or any other reason.
* No exceptions.
NO-SHOW POLICY
* Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the original service price.
CANCELLATION POLICY
* Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your appointment will not incur a cancellation fee.
* Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 50% of the originally scheduled service.
* Tattoo and makeup appointments are excluded from this policy due to their non-refundable deposits.
* Their deposits remain non-refundable regardless of when the appointment is canceled.
RESCHEDULING
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to the applicable cancellation fee.
By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies listed above.
