The Office of Developmental Disabilities Services (ODDS) is doing a community survey to assess service equity in Oregon’s I/DD service system. Service equity means that every person is treated fairly and has a chance to get services and succeed.

The survey is for Individuals who get I/DD services, and their family members and guardians. The survey is online. It will take you about 10‒15 minutes. Deadline: The survey closes on September 11.

The Office of Developmental Disabilities Services (ODDS) and the Oregon Department of Human Services Office of Equity and Multicultural Services (OEMS) are assessing service equity at ODDS and in Oregon’s I/DD services. As part of this work, they are conducting a survey. The survey will improve their understanding of how I/DD services are being delivered and areas that need improvement. The survey is anonymous and voluntary.
