Okay so “what’s changing around you right now” and “what aren’t you seeing clearly” were basically tied so I decided to tap into both!

What’s changing around you is that something that has been sitting in limbo isn’t going to be able to stay there much longer. A lot of you are moving out of the “waiting to see what happens” stage and into the stage where people show their hand. Decisions get made. Plans get finalized. Conversations happen. Situations that have felt unfinished start reaching a conclusion.

What you aren’t seeing clearly is how much has already changed.

For some of you, you’ve been so focused on what hasn’t happened yet that you haven’t noticed what’s no longer happening. Someone isn’t pulling away anymore. Communication isn’t as inconsistent as it was. The tension isn’t as strong. The confusion isn’t as heavy. The situation isn’t where it was a month or two ago, even if you’ve been viewing it through the same lens.

A lot of you are expecting a huge sign or breakthrough when in reality the shift has been happening in smaller ways this whole time. Something you’ve been viewing as stuck is actually already moving 🤍
