Here’s an easy stretch to reduce some of that discomfort you may be feeling in your lower back:

Lying on your back, pull both knees to your chest while simultaneously flexing the head forward until a comfortable stretch is felt across the mid and lower back.

Who is ready to hear about the next organization we pledged to raise $5,000 for? 🥳

Operation 17:2 A non-profit organization aiming to protect children by monitoring activity between adults & minors online.
We want to help our friend Garrett and the great work he is doing in helping keep our kids safe, and we are just getting started! 🙌🏻👏🏻

A few weeks ago we started this journey at Big R Farm & Home & can’t wait to continue! YOU can help us by referring new patients our way. Any new patient that is a patient referral will have their $40 new patient money donated to this great cause.

Some of you know, some of you don’t 💭

We choose one organization and pledge to raise $5,000 & we chose the Pregnancy Care Clinic here in Salem. We were able to give them the final half of our donation today 💪🏼

How do we do this? With the help of existing AND new patients! Any new patient who is a patient referral from an existing patient, their $40 new patient appointment gets donated to the organization we have pledged to raise money for.
