🏃♂️ WEEK 7: FIT-TO-5K 🏃♀️
Last week was all about SPEED ⚡
We kicked things off with a 1-mile run to compare against everyone’s original baseline time and the results were incredible. Our group average improved by over 60 seconds! 👏
We also challenged ourselves with short sprints and finished the session with a relay race… definitely one of the most fun workouts yet! 🔥
I’m extremely proud of this crew and how far everyone has come. The consistency, effort, and support you all show each week has been amazing to watch.
We’re officially entering peak week with just over a week until race day, and every workout is getting us more prepared for the Run for Hope 5K in Exeter on June 6th! 🏁
Proud of this team for continuing to push themselves, encourage each other, and show up ready to work every single week 👊
