Trying to optimize your heart health? Think about VO2 max. There are numerous ways that are proven to help improve your VO2 max, but I think this simple workout is one you can challenge yourself to and try out once a week to see if you can improve your heart health. You don’t have to test your VO2 max, self testing of your stamina and endurance while walking, jogging or whatever cardio exercise you do is a great way to assess for improvement.
